  16. sale of Government-foreclosed properties from the Department of
  17. Housing and Urban Development; by a federal grand jury; in
  18. Baltimore. Dubbed "Robin HUD" by investigators, Harrell claims
  19. she donated the purloined funds to charity. She faces up to 22
  20. years in prison and $1 million in fines if convicted.
